As part of the registration process, you will need to submit the following documentation with your application to determine eligibility for registering for an EMDR Training:

Licensed mental health professionals must submit a copy of their professional license.

Full-time nonprofit employees must submit a copy of their professional license and a letter on agency letterhead verifying full-time employment.

Interns/associates on a state licensing track must submit a copy of their professional license and a letter confirming supervision with internship supervisor’s degree information, licensure information, license number and signature on supervisor's letterhead.

Graduate students must submit a graduate transcript (can be unofficial) and a letter from their current supervisor which includes a paragraph describing the details of their internship/practicum as well as the supervisor's degree information, licensure information, license number and signature on University letterhead or supervisor's letterhead.

After you pay for the training, please email the required documents to ipcd.assist@gmail.com. Registration is not complete until all the required documentation mentioned above has been received.
